1.4. These Terms apply to purchases made directly through our website. Purchases from independent retailers, distributors or other third parties may also be subject to their own terms and conditions.

2. ELIGIBILITY AND WEBSITE USE

2.2. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing orders, registering accounts or communicating with MANO.

2.3. You must not use our website for unlawful, fraudulent, misleading or unauthorised commercial purposes.

2.4. You must not attempt to interfere with the security, functionality or operation of the website, including through malicious software, unauthorised access, automated attacks or other harmful activities.

2.5. MANO reserves the right to suspend or restrict website access where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, unlawful conduct, security breaches or misuse of our services.

2.6. Any restriction or suspension will be exercised consistently with applicable consumer law and existing contractual obligations.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION AND AVAILABILITY

3.1. MANO aims to provide accurate and transparent information regarding its products, including their composition, ingredients, nutritional characteristics and relevant warnings.

3.2. Each product may have a different formulation. Customers should review the information relating to the specific product they intend to purchase.

3.3. Product descriptions, images, packaging and other visual representations are provided for information purposes. Minor variations in appearance, colour, flavour, aroma or presentation may occur within normal manufacturing tolerances.

3.4. Natural variations in certain ingredients may influence the sensory characteristics of a product without necessarily indicating a defect.

3.5. MANO may modify product formulations, packaging or presentation, subject to its obligations to provide accurate product information and supply goods conforming to the customer's contract.

3.6. Product availability is subject to stock levels, manufacturing schedules and applicable delivery restrictions.

3.7. MANO does not guarantee the continuing availability of any particular product, flavour, format or packaging design.

3.8. Customers will be informed of material product characteristics before purchase as required by law.

4. INGREDIENTS, XYLITOL, ERYTHRITOL AND SWEETENERS

4.1. MANO products are formulated using selected ingredients. Certain products may contain polyols (sugar alcohols), including xylitol (E967) and erythritol (E968), where identified in the relevant product's ingredient information.

4.2. Polyols are chemically distinct from conventional sugars and may be used in food products subject to applicable legal authorisations and conditions.

4.3. Individual tolerance to polyols may vary. Consumption of xylitol, erythritol and other polyols can cause gastrointestinal symptoms in susceptible individuals, particularly where consumed in larger quantities.

4.4. Such effects may include:

  • Bloating or abdominal discomfort.
  • Flatulence or increased intestinal activity.
  • Loose stools or diarrhoea.
  • Laxative effects.
  • Other digestive symptoms associated with individual sensitivity or excessive polyol consumption.

4.5. The likelihood and severity of these effects may depend on the quantity consumed, individual tolerance, other foods consumed and total dietary intake of polyols from multiple sources.

4.6. Customers who are sensitive to sugar alcohols or have a history of gastrointestinal sensitivity should exercise particular care and review the ingredient information before consumption.

4.7. Customers should consider their combined intake of polyols from MANO beverages and other food products rather than treating consumption of each product in isolation.

4.8. Where legally required, products will display appropriate sweetener declarations and any applicable statutory warning concerning laxative effects.

4.9. Where MANO describes a product as containing "no added sugar" or "no added sugars", this refers to the applicable legally defined nutrition claim. It does not necessarily mean that the product is sugar-free, carbohydrate-free or calorie-free.

4.10. Products may contain naturally occurring sugars from their ingredients. Customers should refer to the specific nutritional declaration for accurate information regarding sugar and carbohydrate content.

4.11. MANO does not guarantee that the consumption of any particular product will produce an identical blood glucose or metabolic response in every consumer.

4.12. Customers with specific dietary requirements should consider the complete nutritional composition of the relevant product.

4.13. MANO remains responsible for ensuring that ingredients, additives, nutritional declarations and product descriptions comply with applicable food law.

5. ALLERGIES, INTOLERANCES AND INDIVIDUAL SENSITIVITIES

5.1. MANO products may contain ingredients derived from fruits, plants, botanicals, mushrooms and other food sources.

5.2. Certain ingredients may cause allergic reactions, intolerances or sensitivities in some individuals.

5.3. Customers are responsible for reviewing the full ingredient list, allergen information and relevant product warnings before consumption, taking into account their known allergies and dietary requirements.

5.4. Customers with known or suspected sensitivities should not consume a product unless satisfied that its ingredients are appropriate for their circumstances.

5.5. MANO will provide mandatory allergen information and any appropriate precautionary allergen statements in accordance with applicable UK food information legislation.

5.6. Where a customer requires additional information about a particular ingredient or potential allergen, they should contact hello@manodrinks.com before purchasing or consuming the relevant product.

5.7. In the event of a suspected adverse reaction, consumption should be discontinued and appropriate medical assistance sought.

5.8. Customers are encouraged to report suspected product-related adverse reactions to MANO to enable appropriate investigation.

5.9. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits MANO's liability for inaccurate allergen information, unsafe or defective products, negligence or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

6. MEDICAL CONDITIONS, MEDICATION AND DIETARY SUITABILITY

6.1. MANO products are intended for consumption as food and beverages and are not medicinal products.

6.2. MANO beverages are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

6.3. Customers who are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, undergoing medical treatment or managing an existing medical condition should review the relevant ingredients and obtain advice from a qualified healthcare professional where appropriate.

6.4. Particular care should be taken by individuals with known sensitivities to botanical ingredients, mushroom-derived ingredients, sweeteners or other components contained in a product.

6.5. MANO products are not intended to replace prescribed medication, medical treatment, professional nutritional advice or a balanced diet.

6.6. Any information concerning ingredients, nutrition, lifestyle or wellbeing is provided for general informational purposes and should not be interpreted as personalised medical advice.

6.7. MANO does not guarantee that its products will be suitable for every individual or dietary requirement.

6.8. A "no added sugar" description does not, by itself, establish that a product is suitable for every individual with diabetes or another condition requiring dietary management.

6.9. Customers should not modify or discontinue prescribed treatment based on information provided by MANO.

6.10. MANO remains responsible for ensuring that any product claims comply with applicable advertising and food law.

7. FUNCTIONAL INGREDIENTS AND HEALTH-RELATED INFORMATION

7.1. MANO products may contain selected botanical, mushroom-derived and other ingredients as part of their formulations.

7.2. Information provided about such ingredients is intended to describe product composition and other characteristics in accordance with applicable food information requirements.

7.3. References to wellbeing, balance, vitality, relaxation, focus or other lifestyle concepts must not be interpreted as a representation that a product is a medicine or a substitute for medical care.

7.4. No particular physiological, psychological, cognitive, metabolic or therapeutic outcome is guaranteed by MANO unless expressly stated and lawfully supported.

7.5. Individual experiences may differ depending on numerous factors, including general health, diet, lifestyle, ingredient tolerance and personal circumstances.

7.6. Customer testimonials, reviews and personal experiences represent individual opinions and should not be treated as guarantees of identical results.

7.7. Any specific nutrition or health claims made by MANO remain subject to applicable legal authorisation, substantiation and advertising requirements.

7.8. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for misleading statements, misrepresentation or other conduct for which liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. RESPONSIBLE CONSUMPTION AND PRODUCT STORAGE

8.1. Customers should follow all applicable instructions displayed on product packaging.

8.2. Products should be stored under the conditions stated on their labels, including any instructions relating to refrigeration, temperature, sunlight or storage after opening.

8.3. Customers should not consume products after their use-by date, where applicable.

8.4. Customers should not consume a product where its packaging appears compromised or where there are reasonable indications of contamination, spoilage or other potential safety issues.

8.5. Customers should take account of their individual tolerance and total dietary intake of relevant ingredients.

8.6. Excessive consumption of certain ingredients, including polyols, may increase the likelihood of undesirable digestive effects.

8.7. Customers who experience adverse symptoms should discontinue consumption and obtain appropriate medical advice.

8.8. MANO does not accept responsibility for loss or harm caused solely by a customer's misuse of a product contrary to clear and appropriate instructions, to the extent permitted by law.

8.9. This provision does not reduce MANO's responsibility for defective products, inaccurate information, negligence or other legally actionable conduct.

9. ORDERS AND CONTRACT FORMATION

9.1. All orders placed through the MANO website are subject to availability and acceptance.

9.2. By submitting an order, the customer makes an offer to purchase the selected products at the price displayed.

9.3. An automated order acknowledgement confirms that an order has been received but does not necessarily constitute acceptance of that order.

9.4. Unless we expressly agree otherwise, an order is accepted, and the sales contract formed, when MANO sends a dispatch confirmation.

9.5. MANO may decline or cancel an order before acceptance where reasonably necessary, including because of stock unavailability, suspected fraud, regulatory restrictions, delivery limitations or an obvious pricing error.

9.6. Where payment has been collected for an order that cannot be fulfilled, the relevant amount will be refunded.

9.7. Customers must ensure that the delivery and contact information supplied at checkout is accurate.

9.8. Customers should review their order before submitting it and contact MANO promptly if an error is discovered.

9.9. Once a contract has been formed, it may be cancelled or varied only in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

10. PRICES, PAYMENT AND TAXES

10.1. Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (GBP) unless otherwise stated.

10.2. Prices include applicable VAT or other taxes where required.

10.3. Delivery charges and any other mandatory costs will be disclosed before the customer confirms an order.

10.4. Payment must be made using an accepted payment method displayed at checkout.

10.5. MANO may use independent payment service providers to process transactions securely.

10.6. MANO may amend prices for future orders without retrospectively altering prices under existing accepted contracts.

10.7. Where an obvious pricing or technical error is identified before acceptance, MANO may notify the customer and provide the option of proceeding at the correct price or cancelling the order.

10.8. Refunds arising from unfulfilled orders or valid cancellations will be processed in accordance with applicable law.

10.9. Any international duties, taxes or import charges will be disclosed where required and allocated in accordance with the terms communicated before purchase.

11. PRE-ORDERS AND PRODUCT LAUNCHES

11.1. MANO may offer selected products for pre-order before their anticipated availability or official launch.

11.2. Pre-order availability, pricing, payment arrangements and anticipated dispatch dates will be disclosed before purchase.

11.3. An estimated dispatch date is not a guaranteed date unless expressly identified as such.

11.4. Delays may arise from manufacturing, supply-chain disruption, quality assurance, packaging, transport or other circumstances.

11.5. MANO will inform customers of material delays and provide the cancellation and refund rights required by law.

11.6. Where MANO is unable to fulfil a pre-order, the affected customer will receive an appropriate refund.

11.7. Any payment collected in advance will be handled consistently with the agreed terms and applicable consumer protections.

11.8. Statutory cancellation rights remain unaffected.

12. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

12.1. MANO delivers to the destinations made available during checkout.

12.2. Shipping fees, delivery methods and estimated delivery timeframes will be shown before purchase.

12.3. We will take reasonable steps to deliver products within the agreed timeframe.

12.4. Unless a different delivery period has been agreed, applicable law generally requires delivery without undue delay and within 30 days of contract formation.

12.5. Customers are responsible for supplying accurate delivery details and reasonably cooperating with delivery arrangements.

12.6. Where a failed delivery is attributable to materially incorrect information supplied by the customer, reasonable additional delivery charges may apply if lawfully incurred and appropriately disclosed.

12.7. MANO remains responsible for the goods until they come into the physical possession of the customer or a person identified by them, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

12.8. Customers should contact MANO promptly if products arrive damaged, incomplete, incorrect or in a potentially unsafe condition.

12.9. We may request photographs, order information or batch details to investigate delivery or product concerns.

12.10. Nothing in this section restricts statutory remedies relating to delayed, lost, damaged or defective goods.

13. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

13.1. MANO complies with applicable UK consumer cancellation and refund legislation.

13.2. For eligible distance purchases, customers generally have the right to cancel within 14 days after receiving the goods without providing a reason.

13.3. Where goods forming a single order are delivered separately, the applicable cancellation period may run from receipt of the final item.

13.4. To exercise a statutory cancellation right, customers must notify MANO of their decision before the applicable cancellation deadline. Notification may be sent to hello@manodrinks.com.

13.5. Customers may use the model cancellation form at the end of these Terms, although this is not compulsory.

13.6. Where the statutory right applies, customers must generally return the relevant goods within 14 days after notifying MANO of cancellation.

13.7. Statutory exceptions may apply to certain goods, including:

  • Goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
  • Sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons and have been unsealed after delivery.
  • Other categories expressly excluded under applicable law.

13.8. The fact that a product is a beverage does not automatically remove statutory cancellation rights. Any exception will only be relied upon where the legal requirements are satisfied.

13.9. Products returned under the statutory cancellation right should be handled with reasonable care. Any lawful deduction for diminished value will be assessed in accordance with applicable legislation.

13.10. Where the statutory cancellation right applies, MANO will reimburse the relevant product price and the standard outbound delivery charge that must legally be refunded.

13.11. Charges for optional premium delivery services need not be refunded beyond the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option, where permitted by law.

13.12. For change-of-mind returns, customers may be responsible for direct return costs where those costs have been properly disclosed before purchase.

13.13. Where legally permitted, MANO may withhold a refund until the returned goods have been received or appropriate evidence of return has been provided.

13.14. Refunds will be made using the original payment method unless otherwise expressly agreed.

13.15. Nothing in these Terms affects the customer's statutory remedies where products are faulty, unsafe, misdescribed or do not conform to the contract.

14. FAULTY, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

14.1. MANO is legally responsible for supplying goods that meet applicable requirements concerning quality, safety, description and fitness for purpose.

14.2. Customers who believe they have received a faulty, damaged, contaminated, unsafe or incorrect product should contact hello@manodrinks.com.

14.3. To assist with investigations, MANO may reasonably request:

  • The relevant order number.
  • Product name and quantity.
  • Photographs of the product or packaging.
  • Batch code and best-before date.
  • A description of the issue.

14.4. Customers retain their remedies under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other applicable legislation.

14.5. Depending on the circumstances, these remedies may include a refund, replacement or other legally available remedy.

14.6. Where MANO is legally responsible for a defect or non-conformity, it will bear the applicable costs required by law.

14.7. MANO may investigate complaints to establish their cause, but such investigation will not be used to unreasonably delay or undermine statutory rights.

15. PRODUCT SAFETY, QUALITY ASSURANCE AND RECALLS

15.1. MANO is committed to complying with applicable food safety, product composition, traceability, manufacturing, packaging and labelling requirements.

15.2. If a potential safety issue is identified, MANO may investigate the affected product or batch and take appropriate corrective action.

15.3. Such action may include suspending sales, withdrawing stock, notifying relevant authorities, issuing safety notices or conducting product recalls.

15.4. Customers should follow any product recall or safety instructions issued by MANO or a relevant authority.

15.5. Customers are encouraged to retain relevant packaging or batch information where a safety concern arises.

15.6. Nothing in these Terms limits the obligations imposed on MANO by applicable product safety, food safety or consumer protection legislation.

16. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND RECURRING PURCHASES

16.1. Where MANO offers subscription arrangements, the applicable pricing, payment frequency, delivery frequency and cancellation provisions will be disclosed before the customer subscribes.

16.2. Recurring payments will only be collected under a subscription arrangement expressly accepted by the customer.

16.3. Any introductory or promotional subscription price will be distinguished from the price payable after the introductory period.

16.4. Customers will be able to manage or terminate subscriptions in accordance with their agreed terms and applicable statutory rights.

16.5. Material changes to recurring charges or subscription conditions will be communicated in accordance with applicable law.

16.6. Where required, MANO will provide renewal information, reminders, cancellation mechanisms and other protections prescribed by applicable subscription legislation.

16.7. Cancelling a subscription does not necessarily cancel an order already accepted or dispatched, but relevant statutory rights remain unaffected.

17. PROMOTIONS, DISCOUNTS AND GIVEAWAYS

17.1. Promotional offers, discount codes, free gifts and giveaways are subject to the conditions disclosed for the relevant promotion.

17.2. Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes cannot be combined with other offers or applied retrospectively.

17.3. MANO may reject or cancel fraudulent or improperly obtained discounts.

17.4. Promotional offers may be restricted by availability, quantity, eligibility or duration where such restrictions are properly disclosed.

17.5. MANO may amend or withdraw offers for future purchases without retrospectively removing rights arising under existing accepted contracts.

17.6. Competitions, prize draws and promotional campaigns may be subject to separate published terms.

18. MANO TRADE MARKS AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

18.1. The MANO logo is a trade mark protected under applicable intellectual property law. All rights in the MANO logo, including registered trade mark rights where applicable, are reserved to the relevant trade mark proprietor.

18.2. The MANO name, wordmarks, logos, trade marks, brand identifiers, product names, packaging designs, artwork, labels, distinctive visual elements and other brand assets are owned by MANO Drinks Ltd or used by it with the authority of their respective rights holders.

18.3. The website and its content, including original photographs, graphics, illustrations, videos, animations, written content, designs, layouts, product imagery and marketing materials, are protected by applicable copyright, trade mark, design and other intellectual property laws.

18.4. Except where expressly authorised or otherwise permitted by law, no person may reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, sell, license or commercially exploit MANO's protected intellectual property without prior written consent from the relevant rights holder.

18.5. In particular, unauthorised commercial use of the MANO logo, branding or other protected material is prohibited, including where such use would infringe trade mark or other intellectual property rights.

18.6. No person may use MANO's protected trade marks in a manner that infringes applicable law, including uses that create a likelihood of confusion regarding the commercial origin, sponsorship, endorsement or affiliation of products or services.

18.7. Purchasing MANO products or accessing the website does not transfer or grant ownership of MANO intellectual property.

18.8. Any permission granted for a particular use of MANO intellectual property is limited to the scope expressly authorised and does not imply permission for further uses.

18.9. MANO reserves the right to investigate suspected infringement and pursue legal remedies where appropriate, including injunctive relief, damages, an account of profits or other remedies available under applicable law.

18.10. Nothing in these Terms restricts lawful uses of intellectual property permitted under applicable legislation.

19. RESELLERS, WHOLESALE AND UNAUTHORISED COMMERCIAL USE

19.1. Unless expressly agreed otherwise, products purchased through the MANO consumer website are intended for personal consumption and not for commercial resale.

19.2. Commercial customers, distributors, hospitality operators and wholesale purchasers should contact MANO to discuss appropriate commercial supply arrangements.

19.3. Purchasing MANO products does not itself grant any right to claim authorised distributor, stockist or commercial partner status.

19.4. Third parties must not falsely represent themselves as being officially endorsed by, affiliated with or authorised to act on behalf of MANO.

19.5. Any use of MANO trade marks, product imagery or other protected brand materials in commercial advertising remains subject to applicable intellectual property rights and any permissions granted by the rights holder.

19.6. Legitimately acquired products may be resold where permitted by applicable law, and nothing in these Terms is intended to override lawful exhaustion of intellectual property rights.

19.7. Wholesale transactions may be governed by separate written commercial terms agreed between MANO and the relevant business customer.

20. CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS AND WEBSITE SECURITY

20.1. Customers who create an account are responsible for providing accurate registration information and taking reasonable steps to keep their login details secure.

20.2. Customers should notify MANO promptly if they suspect unauthorised access to their account.

20.3. MANO may suspend accounts where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, security concerns or breaches of these Terms.

20.4. Customers must not attempt to access another person's account or obtain information through unauthorised means.

20.5. MANO will take appropriate steps to safeguard customer information in accordance with applicable data protection law.

21. REVIEWS, TESTIMONIALS AND USER CONTENT

21.1. Customers may submit genuine reviews, photographs, comments or other content through channels made available by MANO.

21.2. Reviews must reflect genuine experiences and must not be fraudulent, defamatory, unlawful or misleading.

21.3. MANO may moderate or remove content that breaches these Terms or applicable law.

21.4. Customers retain ownership of intellectual property in their original submissions.

21.5. Where customers voluntarily submit content for public display through MANO's website, they grant MANO a non-exclusive licence to host and display it for the ordinary operation of that feature.

21.6. Any wider use of customer content for advertising or commercial campaigns will be subject to appropriate permissions.

21.7. Individual testimonials should not be understood as guaranteeing particular results or experiences.

21.8. MANO will comply with applicable consumer protection rules concerning reviews, endorsements and advertising.

22. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES

22.1. The MANO website may contain links to third-party websites or services.

22.2. External websites are operated independently and may be subject to their own terms, privacy policies and business practices.

22.3. MANO is not responsible for the independent content or conduct of third-party websites merely because they are linked from our website.

22.4. Certain services, including payment processing, delivery, analytics and website functionality, may be supplied by third-party providers.

22.5. The use of such providers does not remove MANO's own obligations under applicable consumer protection or data protection laws.

23. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY AND ACCURACY

23.1. MANO aims to maintain an accessible, accurate and secure website but does not guarantee that access will be uninterrupted or error-free.

23.2. The website may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical issues, security measures or other circumstances.

23.3. We reserve the right to correct website errors, update information and improve website functionality.

23.4. If an error materially affects an existing purchase, the customer's applicable contractual and statutory rights will be respected.

23.5. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for misleading product information or other matters for which MANO is legally responsible.

24. PRIVACY, COOKIES AND MARKETING

24.1. MANO processes personal information in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation and Data Protection Act 2018.

24.2. Further information concerning the collection, use, storage and disclosure of personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.

24.3. Our use of cookies and similar tracking technologies is explained in our Cookies Policy.

24.4. Customers may receive transactional communications relating to orders, payments, delivery, account activity and other necessary matters.

24.5. Marketing communications will be sent in accordance with applicable law and any required consent or other lawful basis.

24.6. Where applicable, customers may unsubscribe from marketing communications using the mechanisms provided.

24.7. These Terms do not replace MANO's Privacy Policy or Cookies Policy.

25. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

25.1. MANO does not exclude or restrict liability for:

  • Death or personal injury resulting from negligence.
  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
  • Defective products where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
  • Breach of statutory consumer rights where exclusion is prohibited.
  • Any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

25.2. MANO remains responsible for supplying goods that conform to the contract and meet applicable legal standards concerning safety, quality, fitness for purpose and description.

25.3. Where MANO breaches these Terms or fails to exercise reasonable care, we are responsible for loss or damage suffered by a consumer that is a foreseeable result of that breach or failure.

25.4. MANO is not responsible for loss or damage caused solely by circumstances for which it is not legally responsible, including misuse of a product contrary to clear and appropriate instructions, where such misuse causes the relevant loss or damage.

25.5. Individual preferences, subjective taste experiences and personal responses to ingredients may vary. MANO does not guarantee a particular subjective experience or a specific wellbeing outcome.

25.6. Nothing in these Terms requires customers to waive legitimate claims arising from defective products, negligence, inaccurate information or other actionable conduct.

25.7. Products purchased through the consumer website are generally intended for domestic and private use. Business-related losses arising from separate commercial use may be subject to applicable contractual limitations, but no limitation applies where prohibited by law.

25.8. MANO does not accept responsibility for independent third-party conduct outside its legal responsibility.

25.9. Nothing in these Terms prevents customers from reporting safety concerns, contacting regulatory authorities, seeking legal advice or exercising statutory rights.

25.10. Any limitation of liability in these Terms applies only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and must be interpreted consistently with mandatory consumer protections.

26. EVENTS BEYOND OUR REASONABLE CONTROL

26.1. MANO will not be responsible for a delay or failure to perform contractual obligations to the extent caused by events beyond its reasonable control, provided it takes appropriate reasonable steps to address the situation.

26.2. Such circumstances may include major transport disruption, natural disasters, significant infrastructure failures or other extraordinary events.

26.3. Where a material delay occurs, MANO will communicate with affected customers and provide the remedies required by applicable law.

26.4. This provision does not permit MANO to avoid mandatory statutory obligations concerning delivery, cancellation, refunds or consumer rights.

27. CHANGES TO OUR TERMS

27.1. MANO may revise these Terms to reflect changes in applicable law, business operations, product offerings or website functionality.

27.2. Updated Terms will be published on the website with an amended effective date.

27.3. The Terms governing an existing purchase will ordinarily be those applicable when the relevant contract was formed.

27.4. MANO will not retrospectively remove statutory rights or unfairly alter contracts already concluded.

27.5. Customers should review the Terms periodically when using the website.

28. SEVERABILITY

28.1. If any provision of these Terms is determined by a competent authority or court to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent legally permissible.

28.2. No provision shall be interpreted or enforced in a manner that removes mandatory consumer protections.

29. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

29.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to applicable mandatory consumer protections.

29.2. Consumers resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland retain applicable rights to bring legal proceedings in their local courts.

29.3. Customers with a complaint are encouraged to contact MANO initially so that we have a reasonable opportunity to investigate and seek a resolution.

29.4. This does not restrict a customer's right to pursue legal proceedings or seek assistance from applicable regulatory authorities.

29.5. No provision in these Terms requires customers to surrender their statutory rights or submit to an unfair or legally prohibited dispute resolution arrangement.
